We ship the most
economical method possible. However, sometimes expedited shipping may
be desired. We can ship any method you desire, including Global
Express, UPS,
Express Mail, and Overnight Express. All expedited and international
orders require
 additional
postage.
Expedited Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, normally
the default postage is correct when you order your book(s). However, if you desire an expedited shipping
method, you will need to add additional postage before your order is sent.

International Orders
If delivery is outside the
continental United States, all orders will require additional postage
(including Alaska and Hawaii). Therefore, you will need to add
